Nau mai haere mai ki ta matou whanau | Welcome to our Fulton Hogan Family The Paving Operations Supervisor is responsible for the effective management of multiple paving crews and equipment to ensure the safe, efficient, and high-quality delivery of paving works. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent organisational abilities, and a thorough understanding of paving operations. The Paving Operations Supervisor will oversee day-to-day activities, manage resources, and ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.

We're looking for someone with: Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve goals.Excellent organisational and time management abilities, with a focus on prioritization and problem-solving.Sound knowledge of paving techniques, materials, and equipment.Proficiency in safety regulations and procedures related to paving operations.Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with stakeholders at all levels.Relevant certifications or licenses may be required.Ability to work in outdoor environments and withstand exposure to varying weather conditions.Capable of lifting heavy objects and operating equipment as needed.Willingness to travel to project sites as required.Creating, Connecting and Caring for the Community Our people regularly donate their time to local causes and initiatives, while at a regional and national level we provide financial support, skills, and resources to a wide range of organisations that are strengthening our communities.
