If you are a customer-centric individual who understands the importance of communicating clearly, and you have previous experience of working in a busy environment with a focus on customer satisfaction, we would love to hear from you.
What will set you apart is your natural approach to assisting patients and internal staff, your ability to receive visitors/staff, a polite and helpful telephone manner, and your ability to genuinely be resourceful, work independently, and flex to what's required.
You will have well-rounded interpersonal skills to relate to members of the public and your colleagues.
You will need to be a good listener, be able to answer queries promptly, and adapt your behaviours to engage with callers whilst always showing patience, sensitivity, and confidentiality.
You will be supported by a Team Leader and your colleagues, and you will be a quick learner who seeks out answers.
Responsibilities: Being the face of HCP and ensuring the patient's experience is positive.Work with your team to ensure the smooth running of reception and support the delivery of quality patient care.Play a pivotal role in the patient and whanau experience and have a direct impact on the Practice's ability to provide effective patient care.Actively engage in respectful relationships with all patients and their support networks to encourage participation in the delivery of care.Ensure patients feel heard, have their queries answered promptly, and are shown patience, sensitivity, and confidentiality.Work across reception, receive inbound calls, make patient bookings, and carry out general administrative duties.Liaise with staff and communicate patient expectations, needs, and any other issues that require attention.To apply for this role, please Apply Now via Seek.
