Patient Care Coordinator - Affinity Medical Imaging Affinity Medical Imaging  is Wellington's newest Radiology provider bringing high-tech imaging services to several new locations around the Capital. Affinity was founded by a group of local Wellington Doctors who were passionate about making a difference to our community. Our first and already well established branch opened in  Lower Hutt  in February 2023, our second in  Johnsonville  in March 2024 and another in Newtown opening late 2025.
We have a  full-time  vacancy for an experienced  Patient Care Coordinator initiallyfor our Johnsonville  branch and then for Newtown when it opens. This is a wonderful opportunity to join an exciting, fresh organisation where you will help create a fun, inclusive, and supportive culture.
Present a warm & friendly welcome to all patients & visitors
Schedule appointments that best accommodate patient needs
Ensure patients are well informed and know what to expect at their visit
Process invoices, payments and claims with efficiency and accuracy
Collate documentation and maintain records with strict attention to privacy
Our ideal candidate will have:
Proven experience in a medical reception, bookings or coordinator role.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, excellent computer literacy and the ability to pick up new systems quickly.
Clear, concise written and verbal communication with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Strong confident interpersonal skills and the ability to engage at all levels.
A genuine desire to ensure the comfort and wellbeing of our patients.
