Pathway Lead Kaiawhina

Nursing - Community, Maternal & Child Health (Healthcare & Medical)
Primary purpose:
- To lead the Porirua East Pathway Kaiawhina team to overcome barriers to school attendance.
- To work with agencies and support priority whanau to overcome barriers to school attendance.
- To work with whanau to re-enrol non-enrolled Porirua resident school aged children back into a Porirua School.
30 hours per week over 5 days
Term time only
Start date: to be discussed but as soon as possible
