What a role at Parrotdog includes: Working with a highly experienced team Reliable and consistent shifts External support through EAP Services Access to the freshest Parrotdog Beer in NZ Job Description Join the skilled team at Parrotdog as a Packaging Operator and play a key role in championing our values through focusing on delivering high-quality, consistent beers to market. This role involves: Operating machinery, including managing a depalletiser, six-packer, 12-packer, carbonator, canners and kegger Participation in our quality control and food safety programs Setting up and managing the packaging line and systems Managing run completions and the associated inventory management General warehousing and assistance in packaging & delivery Desired Skills & Experience: Packaging machine operator experience and competence with mechanical knowledge and fault diagnosis skills Experience in packaging or similar A general understanding of brewing and packaging processes A Forklift Licence (or desire to get one) Ability to work variable hours Great mechanical aptitude and the ability to work well under pressure Be highly motivated and keen to help out in other areas of the operation with a drive and willingness to learn and progress Have high standards and a great attention to detail And a passion for quality beer Our dedication to doing the right thing keeps our people at the forefront of our business, with our unwavering commitment to quality, approachability and simplicity supporting us in our mission to become New Zealand's most trusted beer brand.
