You will be responsible for providing exceptional secretarial and administration support, which will include:Manage complex calendars, including scheduling client meetings and coordinating appointments.Handle file management, ensuring accurate organisation and uploading of files and attachments to the system.Draft, proofread, and format legal documents with meticulous attention to detail.Assist with ad-hoc administration projects.End-of-month billing.About you:Our client is looking for someone who has the confidence and initiative to work autonomously but also enjoys working in a team environment.
