About the role:
The kitchen is where the magic happens in our Luxury Lodge - and you can be part of that! We currently have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Pastry Chef to join our team to create memorable and unique experiences.
Key duties include:
Preparing desserts, petit fours, ice creams, sorbets, cookies, muffins, breads, and other bakery products to operate changing menu.
About you:
You embrace our local produce, bringing your creativity and experience to create memorable and inspiring dishes that surprise and delight! In addition, you will be:
An experienced Pastry Chef with a background in fine dining/luxury properties.
Self-motivated and passionate.
Able to work unsupervised.
Organised and have good time management skills.
Able to adapt to the kitchen's needs and changing menus.
Flexible for dietary requirements and specialty items requested by our guests.
