Parts Counter Person – Mason Valley Equipment JOB REQUIREMENTSObtain the correct parts for technicians and customers in a timely mannerAnswer telephone calls promptly and courteouslyProvide customers with requested informationOrder parts from suppliers on a daily basis using online ordering systemsReceive shipments and deliveriesStock incoming inventory in the correct locationMaintain merchandising display to promote product salesOperate equipment properly and in a safe manner (i.e.
forklift)Demonstrate communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently, multitask, and effectively manage timeDemonstrate accuracy and thoroughnessDemonstrate proficiency with a computer, keyboard, email, and ExcelPossess organizational and follow-up skillsOne year of sales experience preferredTypical schedule is 8:00-5:00 Monday-Friday and 8:00-12:00 Saturday.
