Parts Advisor/Consultant

Tauranga Motor Company is a new vehicle dealer representing Kia and Suzuki in the Tauranga/Mount Maunganui area.
We are looking for a new Parts Advisor to join our team and help enhance our customer experience.
It's a great role in the heart of the business working alongside our friendly service department and sales team as well as having customer contact.

Ongoing training and support Great team environment Modern, new premises and great brands Competitive remuneration Responsibilities: Provide friendly parts advice to customers (both external and internal) Work closely with the After Sales Manager and with the Service Department and Car Sales teams Administer parts stock including receipting, unpacking, dispatch, ordering, and accurate stock control/maintenance Identify parts in the electronic parts catalogue Organise parts for upcoming service jobs To excel at this job you will need to: Be friendly, upbeat and customer focused Have excellent communication skills including a great phone manner Have sound computer skills Be reliable Be flexible and able to work as part of a team All applicants will be considered; however, experience in a similar role would be an advantage.
