Parts Administrator - Engineering Workshop We are excited to offer a Parts Administrator - Engineering Workshop position at our Mt Maunganui site.
Reporting to the Engineering Manager for Mt Maunganui, you'll become part of a team of eight who work hard, support one another, and share plenty of laughs.

In this role, you'll be responsible for assisting the Lead Engineering Hand in prioritizing daily workshop material requirements and ordering parts and materials in a timely manner to prevent production delays.
Key Responsibilities: Parts research and monitoring of supplier discounts.
Maintaining workshop consumables and stock items.
Recording of labour and parts items used on jobs.
Inwards and outwards goods handling / packaging.
Picking up urgent parts and items for jobs.
Stock control of chemicals in storage containers.
What We're Looking For: Engineering/Mechanical industry knowledge or experience.
Proficiency in using MS Office, Outlook, and Excel.
Experience in office administration and logistics management.
Valid full driving license.
