Quantity Surveyor - Senior

About the Role:
Remedy Resourcing is seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a leading commercial build developer on a Tauranga based project. Key Responsibilities: Prepare accurate cost estimates and manage budgets throughout the project lifecycle. Oversee procurement processes, including tendering and contract administration. Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure cost control. Collaborate closely with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders. Provide financial reporting and risk management assessments. About You: You have at least 5 years of experience in Quantity Surveying, with a focus on commercial and/or high-density residential projects. Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. Proficient in using industry-standard software and tools. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
