Our team strives to drive growth and value through the delivery of best in class products and capabilities that resonate in the New Zealand market.Reporting into the Strategic Partnerships Manager, you will be responsible for the delivery of an optimal value proposition, whilst delivering long-term product profitability.
Youll form a key part of the International Card Services (ICS) New Zealand Team working closely with our Sydney colleagues.Key accountabilities:Support effective management of our Airline Cobrand portfolio in NZDrive the execution and delivery of strategic initiatives in our roadmap; including effectively managing critical workstreams E2E.Support execution of value proposition enhancements including design and launch of new product benefits to deliver market leading value.Lead with an external lens, by gathering customer insights and regular review of the competitor landscape to help inform compelling business cases.Deliver on core product management and actively lead in managing critical tasks and activities required to run the business such as support with creating and managing product collateral and assets, budget and invoice management, stock management, marketing communication approvals, etc.Ensure high standards of product compliance, identifying and addressing any operational or regulatory risks.Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (internal & external) to drive Net Promoter Score (customer satisfaction), customer engagement, and/or margin enhancements.Liaise with the internal marketing teams regarding product positioning, promotions, and go to market execution of campaigns.To be successful in this role you will:Be a strategic thinker and self-starter with strong problem-solving and collaboration skillsHave strong commercial acumen, including ability to identify and size business opportunities.Have proven project management experience with discipline to manage multiple projects running concurrently.Be a team player who is flexible, open-minded and maintains a positive attitude even during changing work priorities.Have ability to meet deadlines and excel in a complex environment, while maintaining high standards of personal excellence & integrityBe analytically minded with the ability to turn data and research into actionable insights.Be a customer advocate with a pulse of trends shaping demand.Have a good understanding of Amex products and competitive landscape.Have excellent written & oral communication and presentation skills to influence at all levels.We back our colleagues and their loved ones with benefits and programs that support their holistic well-being.
