The common theme is having the 'customer' at heart.Your ability to build rapport quickly, tailor your communication style, and maintain meaningful relationships will be key to your success when it comes to servicing our sponsors and partners. The sponsor and partner journey is crucial - you will always look for ways to add value and your attention to detail and organisation skills will ensure they have a positive experience which will (hopefully) lead to renewals!You will be the face of Membership where you will nurture and reward current members and welcome and onboard new members. This will also involve managing our system across relevant platforms for membership, NPC, and test matches and delivering the renewal programme. From a ticketing perspective, you will liaise with our NPC Ticketing partner Flicket to deliver all operational aspects of the NPC season and be responsible for the management and delivery for any non-Eden Park festival fixtures.This isn't your typical Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm role; given we are a sports organisation, weekend work should be expected - there may be times when you are required to host events or support ticketing requirements on game days.The BenefitsAside from working with a bunch of great people, we will provide all the tools required to get the job done, plenty of on-site car parking, and being based at Eden Park, the home of NZ's best sporting venue.Skills and experienceYou will be able to multi-task, thrive under pressure, and be agile to respond to priorities. You aren't afraid to put in the hard mahi but equally able to effectively manage your time. Strong customer service skills are second nature to you.Ideally, we are looking for:5 years experience working in either an account management/customer service roleClear communication skills with the ability to effectively work with a diverse range of stakeholdersTicketing experience would be advantageous but training can be providedExcellent time management and organisational skillsCalm under pressure and working to deadlinesIntermediate level skills in Microsoft Word and Excel.Auckland Rugby is an equal opportunity employer.
