About the role As the Partnership Lead, you will play a pivotal role in our agency's success and growth of our client relationships.
You will lead agency-wide efforts to identify and cultivate business opportunities, ensuring alignment with PHQ's strategic goals.
Your responsibilities will involve relationship management, project delivery oversight, and team leadership.
You will champion PHQ's services, strategically managing client accounts and pioneering a culture of excellence across all interactions.

What you'll bring Work experience of 5+ years in a Client Partnership/Account Manager type role at an Advertising/Media/Digital & Creative agency A wealth of experience and knowledge of the business side of an agency and managing client portfolios, including profitability, client acquisition, and account management Strong sales and account management experience Ability to build rapport and maintain positive relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders Knowledge of digital production processes and technologies Remarkable verbal and written communication skills An enthusiasm for keeping up to date on current topics in the field of Creative & Digital technologies Passion for Design is a plus Your application will include the following questions: Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in New Zealand?
