Are you passionate about creating meaningful relationships and driving positive change? Our Partnership Lead will drive commercial outcomes for key reseller partnerships with a focus on product development and behavioral change. You will be accountable for the volume, value, and market share of One NZ products within specified resellers in our Partner channels, including Consumer Electronics and FMCG markets. This role involves owning the end-to-end account management of our partner channels, ensuring strong strategic relationships and optimal performance. Ko to mahi – what you'll do Develop and execute ongoing account plans, including quarterly business reviews. Lead continuous go-to-market improvements across the marketing mix to maximize One NZ's share of voice in media and in-store execution. Collaborate closely with key resellers to deploy new products and integrate them into their business systems. Drive behavioral change across all levels of the organization, from retail staff to senior management. Work closely with Field Account Managers to execute account objectives, provide training, conduct regular reviews, and drive continuous improvement of our customer experience. Manage associated operations and process improvement programs aligned with resellers. Na tou rourou - what you'll bring Strong sales and account management experience. Previous experience in the FMCG industry is essential. Demonstrable data analysis and insight development skills. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to present, articulate, and influence across front line to executive level.
