Job Description Find new clients with problems we can solve.
Engage with clients to find their problems and offer them solutions that will assist their businesses.
Keep the clients engaged during the onboarding by assisting/training clients on the new systems.
Regular check-ins to make sure things are still going well and using our systems to assist with other problems they may have.
Responsibilities: Locate and communicate with potential clients
Direct discussions with major stakeholders of those clients
Identify their issues and offer solutions
Onboard clients and provide training to optimize their use of the systems
Maintain a strong personal relationship with clients
Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess progress
Raise issues to support when required
Keep clients updated as needed
Requirements: Decent computer (i5, 5GB RAM)
Solid and stable internet connection
Experience with MS Teams/Zoom and a quiet environment to work from
