As a Partner Success & Growth Manager, this hybrid role will be also responsible for sourcing and onboarding additional Merchants within the scope of the NZ market. You will manage at scale, promotion activity and engagement to drive forward key commercial related KPI's. Provide key personalised training sessions to best upskill and engage with merchants to give them tools and confidence to use Zip to its full potential. This role is crucial to increasing engagement through key merchant lifecycle stages and the catalyst for Zip's adoption into their business.

Interesting problems you'll get to solve

Be the first point of contact for a marquee merchant partner and a cohort of strategic merchants to provide an end to end service alongside the Marketing, Product, Sales and Merchant operations teams
Be the first point of contact for merchant operational tasks, set ups, technical validation of both merchant and customer application and order flows
Identify any opportunities to onboard groups affiliated to current ANZ Merchants
Support onboarding flows
Merchant lifecycle tasks associated to 30, 60, 90 days to keep your merchants engaged and transacting.
Provide post 90 day support, including but not limited to:

Supporting merchants with all administrative tasks
Channeling merchant offers through to Zip marketing opportunities (e.g. deals page, social posts/app feed where relevant)
Outbound engaging with merchants to optimise BPI and POS (with results from BPI audit and project)
Cross selling Zip products as applicable

Executing growth & scalable merchant engagement strategies
Take ownership of your Merchant Enquiries Knowledge Base, developing FAQs and other resources to help our merchants optimise Zip for their business, and self-solve operational issues where possible
Take ownership of your merchant feedback, and work with the Commercial, Finance and Prod/Eng teams to streamline processes and solve any operational issues
Provide reporting on pipeline and territory
Identify opportunities for product and other tech solutions to your merchant pain points
Support projects which help to deliver goals for the department and our merchants, as determined by the Manager
Lead by example, delivering outstanding merchant support to model positive relationships between our merchant partners and the wider team

What You'll Bring To The Team

To help us level up, you'll bring:

4+ years experience in a commercial sales or account management role at Zip or similar relevant experience, with demonstrated high levels of commercial success, productivity and customer satisfaction
Solid understanding of the credit, payments, eCommerce and retail markets
Exceptional presentation, planning and time management skills
Excellent relationship skills to work with external customers and internal stakeholders at all levels
Initiative to speak up on ideas and process improvements
Ability to follow internal processes carefully, with a strong attention to detail
Ability to work independently, with a commitment to setting a high bar for yourself
A passion for sharing knowledge and supporting your peers
Ability to solve complex customer and merchant problems and handle escalations
