Join an award-winning team and work with renowned brands like STIHL and Masport! We are looking for a motivated and skilled Retail Sales Representative to join our team at STIHL Shop Botany. This is a part-time role, with working hours during the week and on weekends.
About the Role
As a Retail Sales Representative, you'll become part of a high-performing, passionate team with a proud history of over 20 years in the local market. You'll assist customers by selling a wide range of products, including chainsaws, lawnmowers, brush-cutters, hedge-trimmers, pressure cleaners, and more. You'll also help with inventory control, product assembly, and ensuring the store is well-stocked and visually appealing.
Responsibilities Include:
Providing excellent customer service and creating a welcoming, friendly environment.
Demonstrating products and assembling items such as chainsaws and lawnmowers.
Managing stock levels, processing inwards and outwards goods, and tidying up retail displays.
Handling phone calls and customer inquiries.
Assisting customers with loading and unloading their purchases.
About You
We're seeking someone who has a passion for customer service, with a keen eye for detail and a practical understanding of retail operations. You'll need to be "retail ready" and confident in providing customers with the product information they need to make informed decisions. A background in retail and hands-on experience with tools and machinery will be advantageous.
