Part-time Oral Health Therapist / HygienistWe have a part-time position available for an Oral Health Therapist or Dental Hygienist at Wanaka Dental. The position is for Mondays and Tuesdays, with the option to add in Wednesdays too if interested.We are a busy general practice with an established patient base who love coming in for their preventive maintenance appointments.Our support team is very friendly, and we have great dentists who value prevention and have a collaborative approach to achieving the best outcomes for patients.We have a new Kavo chair with Piezo ultrasonic scalers and a Kavo Prophyflex. You will have a dedicated assistant to help with notes/charting and clean down, and autonomy to choose your own instruments.We see many adolescents for DB checks so there is a good variety of patients if you are an OHT; if not, no problem, we have another OHT who enjoys treating these patients.Experience in tooth whitening is preferred, but on-the-job training can be provided.Other perks include competitive wage, CPD allowance, and staff benefits.About you:You will have a passion for prevention and a willingness to learn and develop your skills.A strong work ethic and ability to communicate effectively.A bubbly personality and team-oriented approach to care.If this sounds like you, we would love to hear from you!
