Job description
Painting Trades Works
We Kinari Construction mainly focus on residential construction development. We are urgently looking for Full Time experienced Painters (Residential, Commercial, Industrial) to join us. At least 2 years of related work experience is required.
TASKS INCLUDE:
Study plans and drawings
Erect scaffolding and ladders, and place drop sheets to protect adjacent areas from paint splattering
Prepare surfaces by removing old paint and wallpaper, fixing woodwork, filling holes and cracks, and smoothing and sealing surfaces
Select and prepare paints to the required colors by mixing portions of pigment, oil, and thinning and drying additives
Apply paints, varnishes, and stains to surfaces using brushes, rollers, and sprays
Hang wallpaper, match patterns, and trim edges
Clean equipment and work areas
Repair windows and replace glass in wooden and metal frames
Lay and repair wall and floor tiles
Maintain and decorate surfaces of buildings and structures
Help prepare surfaces, mix paints for different needs
Apply with rollers and brushes to fill in cracks
Report to the team leader and work as part of a team
Have experience in painting work, including an understanding of different painting processes and equipment
Have knowledge of health and safety regulations
Follow established safety rules and regulations and maintain a safe and clean environment
Must be punctual, self-starting, able to complete paperwork, and trustworthy.
