We are looking for two full-time p ainters to join the team in Wellington. Ideal candidates must have the followings: - Level 4 (or above) relevant qualification, or 3 years of relevant work experience.
- Ability to work under pressure on a busy construction site.
- Strong commitment to safe work practices.
- Sound time management skills.
- Be hard-working, reliable, punctual and motivated.
- Must be flexible to different shifts arranged by the company.
- Able to deal with unexpected events and make decisions.
- Can work well and efficiently both unsupervised and within a team.
- Physically fit the job and can work outdoors in the hot and cold season.
Job Responsibilities: •Work with a small team and corporate daily tasks with team members to ensure workflows meet site requirements.
• Ensuring daily painting job tasks are completed with high-quality standards.
• Preparing and organizing painting materials and tools needed for projects.
• Carry out the painter duties as required, such as preparation before painting, mixing painting colors, painting with a high standard, etc.
• Applying paints, varnishes and stains to surfaces using brushes, rollers and sprays.
• Ensuring the project is delivered in a timely manner.
• Ensuring yourself comply with the company's Healthy and Safety system to maintain a safe working environment.
• Familiar with all painting tools and able to apply paint on required area perfectly.
