Job Description:
As a Food and Beverage Attendant, you will play an integral role in our team, showcasing the very essence of our restaurant. This position is well-suited for individuals who are beginning or returning to the hospitality industry and seeking full-time or part-time hours.
Key Responsibilities:
Beverage Preparation: Prepare a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and guest preferences. This includes mixing cocktails, pouring beer and wine, and preparing coffee and other non-alcoholic drinks.
Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests, taking drink orders, and offering menu recommendations. Address any customer inquiries, concerns, or special requests promptly and professionally.
Bar Maintenance: Ensure the bar area is clean, well-organised, and stocked with all necessary supplies, including glassware, garnishes, and liquor.
Compliance: Adhere to all relevant alcohol service laws and regulations, including checking identification to verify the legal drinking age of customers. Monitor guest alcohol consumption and prevent over-intoxication.
Handle Payments: Present bills to guests, process payments accurately.
Safety and Hygiene: Follow safety and hygiene protocols, including proper handling of food and beverages, and maintain a clean and safe work environment. Adhere to health and safety regulations.
Inventory Management: Assist in monitoring and managing bar inventory, including restocking supplies, placing orders, and keeping track of inventory levels.
Skills & Experience:
• Fluent written and verbal English skills are essential.
