Job Description:
As a High-End Residential Painter, you will be responsible for delivering flawless finishes and providing top-quality painting services on upscale residential properties. Your skills will help create stunning results that meet our clients' highest standards. The role involves preparing surfaces, painting, touch-ups, and ensuring the overall quality and aesthetics of each project.
Key Responsibilities: Prepare surfaces by removing old paint, filling holes, and sanding Apply paint, varnish, and other finishes with precision and care Deliver high-quality finishes, ensuring attention to detail and quality control Communicate effectively with clients and site managers to meet project requirements Maintain a clean and organized work area and uphold site safety standards Work independently or as part of a team, as needed Requirements: Proven experience in high-end residential painting (minimum 3 years preferred) Knowledge of advanced painting techniques, materials, and surface preparation Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to interpret project requirements and execute to a high standard Valid driver's license and reliable transport Positive work attitude and strong communication skills What We Offer: Competitive hourly rates and weekly pay Consistent work on premium projects across Wellington Opportunities for professional growth and skills development Supportive work environment and great team culture How to Apply:
