Closing Date: 12 noon on Thursday 31 October 2024 Interview Date: Interviews are likely to be held week commencing 04 November 2024 Job Details We're seeking a competent PA/Administrator to provide comprehensive administrative support to the Assistant Headteacher (Student Progress).
The work will also involve admin tasks related to the work of our SEND department.
Your duties will include: Managing electronic diaries Organising meetings Preparing letters and documents to support teaching and learning Liaising with parents, teachers, and outside agencies Undertaking general office duties as required Confidentiality, discretion, and a calm, professional approach to work is crucial in this role.
The ability to work to deadlines effectively whilst managing varying priorities is essential.
We are ideally looking for someone who can work full time; however, some flexibility over working hours may be a possibility.
Part time or job share may be considered.
Our preferred start time would be 08.30am.
