Let's break down their key responsibilities:Key ResponsibilitiesCo-ordination and Efficiency of the GM's Office (20%): Ensure travel bookings follow policy and manage the GM's diary to prioritize business needs. Act as a communication bridge between the GM and the Management team. Handle correspondence, flagging urgent issues. Gather information for meetings and presentations. Organize SLT meetings and conferences within budget. Prepare account approvals and expense reports, staying informed about business activities.Office Management (15%): Organize events and manage office supplies. Handle travel management and building maintenance coordination. Oversee office management for Tahi 0 and maintain SharePoint sites for "Working Here" and "Marketing."Brand Management, Internal & External Communications (15%): Ensure a consistent brand look in all materials. Manage digital media communications and coordinate internal and external marketing communications. Maintain website updates and prepare clear reports.Marketing & Customer Events (10%): Plan and execute conferences. Manage external stakeholder communications and update website content.Project Coordination/Project Management (20%): Lead business improvement projects, ensuring on-time and budget delivery. Manage event logistics for roadshows.Support for Leadership Team (10%): Gather information and develop accurate presentations. Provide support for various projects and tasks.While this role isn't for the faint hearted, it comes with great support from the wider team within the business unit as well as the division.
