The Opportunity: Due to an internal promotion, we have a 12-month fixed-term part-time opportunity for a People & Culture Business Partner to work alongside and support our National Field Sales team across New Zealand.
You will drive delivery to business strategy by contributing to business plans and implementing P&C initiatives through the full spectrum of the employee lifecycle, including building culture and engagement, coaching and partnering with leaders, recruitment and onboarding, training and development, performance management, employee relations, and workforce planning.
To achieve this, your responsibilities will include: Leading culture and engagement initiatives to improve retention, engagement, and performance. Driving a culture of performance and accountability across the National Field Sales team by partnering with our Field Sales leaders through our performance and development cycle. Working with lead teams to identify talent, assist in creating targeted development plans, and develop clear succession plans for critical roles. Partnering with the Talent Acquisition team to ensure effective recruitment strategy, attraction of talent, and ensuring alignment to budget and headcount constraints. Note: This is a part-time role (25-30 hours) for a 12-month fixed-term period. To make this role a success, we are looking for a People & Culture professional with strong business partnering experience, preferably within an FMCG or related environment.
What we would like to see in your application: Demonstrated record of influencing and driving a high-performance culture through coaching leaders, covering the full employee lifecycle. A working knowledge of legislation and regulations as it relates to HR, ER, and IR. A demonstrated capability to work in a fast-paced matrixed organisation with conflict resolution skills. A strong commercial understanding to support relevant P&C activities such as headcount budgeting and workforce planning.
