P&C Business Advisor Partner | Auckland Our client: Has just opened their 52nd store in NZ and have the next two ready to go - with a presence in NZ, Australia, and Ireland they are about to enter their fourth international market.
There is no slowing this retailer down.
The role: Is a newly created position to add further support to the overall P&C & recruitment team of 7x.
This particular role will lead two Advisors who are degree qualified and exceptional at what they do.
Therefore our client needs an experienced P&C Business Partner to join where they can empower, mentor, and add value to the two Advisors whilst supporting the P&C Manager on overall strategy.
Areas of expertise that you bring will include: Experience in HR/ER disciplines (including disciplinary matters, personal grievances, investigations, mediation, conflict resolution, change management) ideally within a retail environment/business Contract development & management Extensive experience in an advisory and partnering level Proven leadership skills Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills to navigate through the complexities of HR and ER Exceptional communication skills & ability to build effective relationships Degree qualified in HR is preferred What you can expect to be rewarded with: $130k + per annum Grey Lynn head office location Financially stable business that has no plans on slowing down growth therefore long term career progression on offer Please note you must currently reside in NZ and have valid NZ working rights to be considered for this opportunity.
