The role: Reporting to the Project Manager, you'll walk the safety talk but also be responsible to lead a team of people and provide technical support, scoping and planning assistance.
The key responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:
Provide day to day supervision and promote utilisation and productivity within the team
Manage and deliver works safely, positively, effectively and efficiently
Play a key part in the construction of overhead lines to customer requirements
Manage the on-going performance of staff by providing positive and corrective feedback
Provide ongoing technical support, scoping and planning assistance as required.

Who we're looking for: We're seeking an experienced Overhead Construction Supervisor with up-to-date registration and competencies and has at least a Class 2 driver's license. Here's what we're after:
Relevant trade qualifications and practising licences with expertise in industry standards, policies, and legislation
Proven leadership and team-building experience with strong organisational and problem-solving skills
A commitment to Health, Safety, Quality, and Environmental outcomes
Tech-savviness (Microsoft Word and Excel) with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Integrity, composure, and the ability to motivate and influence others
A strong focus on delivering exceptional service.
