You will also work with the Rendering Plant Supervisor to ensure any maintenance of the area is carried out in a timely and cost-effective manner alongside implementing new systems when appropriate. Training will be provided on operation of the Rendering Plant Operation.Occasional weekend/shift work will be required for this permanent position.Work Experiences:Understanding of food manufacturing and or engineering would also be considered.Organisational skills and the capability to cope with a variety of priorities and demands.Communicate effectively and work well within a team.Computer literacy and administrative experience would be an advantage.A strong commitment to Health and Safety.Mechanical knowledge would be an advantage.Additional InformationTo ensure a safe workplace, AFFCO engage in pre-employment medical checks and drug screening.
