You will represent Madison with professionalism and compassion, building rapport with customers and providing world-class customer service while reaching daily and weekly targets.Role DutiesCalling outbound to existing customers or warm leads generated through online expression of interest and proactively booking them in for appointments.Reaching or exceeding KPIs (16 dials per hour, 18+ appointments set per day).Displaying empathy and patience while providing excellent customer service.Role SpecificsOffice based in Rosedale – Free Parking on-site.$28 per hour + 8% holiday pay.Start date: ASAP to January 31st, 2025 (potential to be extended).Full-time Monday – Friday, 8:30 am – 5:00 pm.
