About the role
Reporting to the Wellbeing Lead, you will be responsible for the facilitation and review of new and existing wellbeing training offerings within Bupa's APAC Psychological Health and Safety and Wellbeing team, and Global wellbeing program. You will also be promoting and enabling good psychological health and wellbeing across Bupa, with a focus on frontline employees.

Through your engaging manner, you will focus on contributing to the overall mental health literacy of our people, where you will be able to competently educate and consult with our key stakeholders, including identifying where knowledge gaps related to wellbeing, mental health and psychological health and safety are apparent.

Where you will make an impact
Training facilitation across a range of mental health and wellbeing domains.
Identifying stakeholder wellbeing needs.
Contributing to the design and implementation of Market Unit strategy and initiatives.
Supporting the Wellbeing Program agenda through the delivery of wellbeing initiatives and training programs that promote positive mental and physical health.
About You
At least two years' relevant work experience in a Leading & Development, Training or similar role.
Proven experience in the delivery of training, facilitation experience.
Experience supporting the design and delivery of training solutions.
Previous experience in providing mental health and wellbeing solutions to a varied workforce highly desirable. Experience designing and delivering corporate wellbeing initiatives (preferred but not essential).
Highly collaborative with the ability to engage with and communicate effectively with key stakeholders across businesses.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to provide key wellbeing insights that meaningfully contribute to the overarching Wellbeing Program agenda.
