To do this we need our decision-making to be informed and effective, so we are looking to fill our position of Organisational Performance Analyst to play a pivotal role in preparing, analysing, monitoring and communicating key organisational performance information to internal and external stakeholders.This role will co-ordinate, enable and support an organisation-wide approach to performance analysis to provide valuable insights to support effective decision-making and drive towards Organisational Excellence.
This role will also be responsible for the co-ordination and continuous improvement of Council's Performance Monitoring Framework as well as championing and supporting best practice performance measurement and monitoring across the organisation.We are looking for an individual with at least 3 years' of experience in performance analysis or other related analyst experience.
