They also oversee the formation of legal policy and provide leadership and corporate services to the five Solomon Islands justice agencies. They have a team of around 20 staff covering various functions including policy and planning and monitoring and reporting.What You'll DoAs a VSA Volunteer, you'll immerse yourself in the vibrant culture of the Solomon Islands working alongside the MJLA team and supporting the Chief Strategic Planning Officer to create a new organisational structure and ensure that the skills required are sufficient to meet demand. You will support the development of job functions and identify skills required within the roles.
