Organisation Development and Equity Business Partner – Tamaki Join Our Team as ODE Business Partner - Leading with Values, Shaping the Future!
Join us during an exciting phase of change, we are looking for an experienced Organisational Development and Equity Business Partner based in Tamaki with a passion to contribute to the design and development of high-quality frameworks, policies and standards responsible for delivery and implementation of initiatives in support of organisational, learning and development and equity workstreams.
Influence and partner with leaders to develop an understanding of key business drivers and key issues across the business and an understanding of their long and short-term strategies.
Provide coaching, feedback, direction, support, facilitation and development to kaimahi to effect positive change and continuous improvement.
Lead with Purpose: Provide values-based leadership, ensuring the wellbeing, productivity, performance, growth, and development of our kaimahi.
Drive Excellence: Lead the design, development, and delivery of organisation wide, organisation development (OD) initiatives and programmes.
Build strategies to grow equity capabilities by bringing values and behaviours to life in everything we do, this includes leadership development and change leadership development.
Strategic Guidance: Work collaboratively within wider People and Culture team to advise on Organisational and learning development, forming trusted relationships, within the team and our diverse group of internal and external stakeholders addressing key issues and opportunities.
Develop Frameworks: Lead the creation and implementation of OD and equity frameworks, policies, and standards, and offer insights and guidance to managers on their application.
Champion Continuous Improvement: Drive People and Culture strategy initiatives and workplan deliverables, leveraging insights to foster learning and growth.
Ensure Alignment: Collaborate with leaders and senior leadership team to ensure cohesive and aligned delivery of services.

As the ideal candidate you will have a background in HR and/or L&D/OD.
You will be able to demonstrate the following capabilities and experience: Leadership development & coaching Expert facilitation designed to empower and influence Project co-ordination and management Culture change within both team and organisational contexts Exceptional stakeholder partnership with the ability to communicate across all levels of the business.
