Our vision is to be the premier travel management company for businesses by building strong partnerships with clients and delivering value on a daily basis.About the roleAs an Account Manager reporting to the Commercial Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our valued corporate clients. This full-time role is based in our Auckland CBD office and involves working closely with both our clients and internal teams to deliver exceptional service and drive business growth.What you'll be doingProactively manage and develop relationships with a portfolio of corporate clientsUnderstand client needs to negotiate and manage client contracts and agreementsIdentify and capitalise on opportunities to expand existing client accountsParticipate in client meetings, presentations and events to strengthen relationshipsWhat we're looking forProven experience in an account management or sales role, ideally within the travel industry to ensure you've got a good understanding of airfares and knowledge of travel products.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clientsStrong negotiation and problem-solving abilities to handle client requests effectivelyProactive and driven, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer serviceAbility to prioritise and manage a varied and substantial workload with follow-up accuracy and a high level of attention to detail.Applicants must have a valid, permanent working visa to be considered.
