Seeking an ambitious Team Lead to join the team! Bring your Team Lead expertise to make a difference around the way we approach our mahi to better support the aspirations of Maori patients, whanau and communities.
As the Oranga Coordinator Team Lead, you will provide effective and efficient leadership and management support to the Oranga Coordinators within your designated portfolio.
You'll play a pivotal role which works to ensure Maori patients and whanau at Auckland City Hospital have the best possible inpatient and whanau experience.
You will collaborate and work with the Oranga Coordinator team to coordinate engagement with patients and whanau. You'll facilitate, manage communications and activities to provide support to all areas of the service.

If you have had previous experience working in a Team Lead environment, an understanding of the significance of our obligations to Te Tiriti o Waitangi and how to apply Te Tiriti principles in a meaningful way in your role, can work effectively within a team and is able to form strong, meaningful connections with other people that acknowledges, protects, and enhances their mana we would love to hear from you!
