Te whiwhinga mahi | The Opportunity
Join our team in Waikato district and make a real difference in eliminating health inequalities in our community. You'll manage comprehensive oral health services, own patient care plans, and create innovative strategies to promote oral health education.
Key responsibilities of the role:
Conduct oral health assessments and develop individualized care plans.
Provide preventive and therapeutic dental treatments.
Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and disease prevention.
Collaborate with the wider healthcare team to promote holistic patient care.
Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
Either a new graduate or soon to be new graduate with the intention to graduate and obtain your DCNZ registration early 2025, or an experienced dental/oral health therapist.
Be committed to high standards of dental care and oral health education.
Have a current full driver's licence, or intention to work towards this.
Have up-to-date clinical skills.
