Mo te tunga | About the Role Health New Zealand | Te Whatu Ora's Community Dental Serviceprovides dental services to nearly 100,000 children aged 0-13 in Canterbury andSouth Canterbury and supports our colleagues on the West Coast. There are 110front-line clinical staff who work with modern equipment in 22 mobile dentalunits and 13 dental clinics.

You'll be working in community and school settingswith children and their families/whanau and have the opportunity to work withdiverse patient groups, managing a wide variety of oral health problems. You willbe a reflective practitioner who embraces innovation and advances in clinicalpractice and will enjoy working in a team alongside other skilled dental/oralhealth therapists and assistants. You will be fully supported during yourinduction with a mentor assigned to support you to develop and establish yourpractice.
