About the role
In this varied role you'll work three days of the week as an Optical Assistant where you will dispense frames and lenses, answer patient queries, complete pretesting and help people choose the right frame. The other two days of the week will see you based on a busy reception where you'll be greeting patients, scheduling appointments and keeping things highly organised.
About you
Ideally you will have experience as an Optical Assistant or if you have the right attitude and are willing to learn, full training can be given. You are looking for an engaging role focusing on creating  amazing connections with customers where no two days will be the same. Additionally, you will possess the following:

Experience as an Optical Assistant / a background in retail or customer service
A positive attitude with a desire to learn and succeed
Enthusiasm for creating connections with people
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Excellent organisational and time management skills
