English Language Partners is a not-for-profit, award-winning education provider with NZQA category 1 endorsement, that has been providing English language programmes and settlement services to adult migrants and former refugees throughout New Zealand for over 40 years.

What you'll be doing?
Supporting our Christchurch Manager, Centre Coordinators, teachers and other staff, learners volunteers and visitors with all the tasks required to keep a busy language centre operating smoothly.
Key tasks will include?front desk/reception, administration, finance and programme support, teacher and learner support, office management, data entry and file management.
Permanent Part-time, 20 hours per week, rate: $28 per hour.
Is this you?
Proven administration experience with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Strong organisational, multitasking and administration skills Confident IT user with experience across the Microsoft office suite, social media and database use A clear and friendly communication style, fluency in English (spoken and written) with a strong customer service ethos.
Desirable requirements Experience in Adult Education or TESOL Fluency in a second language is highly desirable Experience working with former refugees, migrants and/or people from other cultures Knowledge of education and immigration sector and voluntary organisations What we offer?
