The Opportunity;In this role, you'll be responsible for overseeing daily Urban Operations (Especially KPI Management & KPI Targets) at our Swanson Depot. This includes continue monitoring of KPI Targets, Gathering the KPI Reports, Completing the exception reports for Auckland Transport, Collecting the Evidence, Urban vehicle allocation, leading and supporting our team of drivers, assigning routes, managing performance, resolving issues, and ensuring safety standards. You'll play a key role in optimising efficiency across a variety of services, including Urban, School, Charter, and Tour operations. Reporting directly to the Depot Manager, your contribution will be vital to the success of Swanson Depot. You must have KPI Management and Performance Target Experience.About You;You're looking for a change, you want to work for a company that values your skills and work ethic and you're ready to make the move! Ideally you come from an administration and transport background, specifically buses and have your Class 2 and P endorsement (Driving License Class 2 Ideal but not necessary).
