It is a critical part of achieving New Zealand ambitions for a safer, more sustainable land transport system.
Te Whiwhinga mahi | The opportunity
The TTP Operations Specialist performs key Service Management functions within NTS services that enable the delivery of a high-quality service to the PTAs and end users and works to ensure service support and service delivery processes are in place to meet business needs. This position is a critical operational role that requires you to establish and manage expectations with NTS suppliers and drive the team to achieve those expectations to a high standard. You will also be a key advocate for the quality operations of TTP products and services. Please note, on call may be required for this role.

Able to demonstrate the ability to undertake the above responsibilities as outlined in the position descriptionService Management or support in a large-scale and diverse environment of incident management, escalation procedures and related disciplinesStrong critical thinking and problem-solving skillsAbility to manage and prioritise tasks and time efficientlyDemonstrates a high degree of flexibility including shift and out of hours workingStrong stakeholder relationship management, influencing and communication skillsExperience coordinating 3rd parties and 3rd party delivered services as an aggregatorGood knowledge/experience of ITIL disciplinesCommitted to driving continuous improvement through all aspects of work You will demonstrate knowledge of, or a willingness to gain an understanding of Te Ao Maori and promote tikanga and Te Reo Maori. You will also have knowledge of, or a willingness to gain an appreciation of te Tiriti o Waitangi (the Treaty of Waitangi) as it applies in the public sector.
