Develop and execute project plans, allocate resources effectively, and track progress to meet objectives.Efficiency Optimization:Analyse and refine production processes to boost productivity, reduce waste, and enhance resource utilization. Apply lean manufacturing principles and other methodologies to achieve operational excellence.People-Focused Culture:Cultivate a positive, inclusive work environment that supports and motivates your team.
