You need to be flexible, forward-thinking and energetic. A can-do attitude is essential, as well as the ability to align implementation with strategic priorities and principles that support the delivery of high-quality equitable health care.You will be a standout when it comes to developing and working through implementation plans and operationalising strategies. You will have the capacity to focus on overseeing business as usual while driving programme and service development and improvement.You will require excellent communication and relationship skills to foster collaboration across a number of sub-services and teams. You will be versatile, proactive and solutions-focused. Your business operation skills will be broad and include human resources, contract management, financial management, project management and continuous improvement.Nga Pukenga Motuhake | Important SkillsYou will need to be committed to applying the principles of Te Tiriti o Waitangi in your day-to-day work and decision-making.
