You are a motivated leader with a strong background in transport operations, logistics, and people management, looking at making a significant impact, drive continuous improvement across all levels in a high-volume, fast-paced environment whilst motivating your team, fostering growth and operational excellence.Oversee and manage all aspects of night operations, including transport scheduling, dispatch, and team coordination.Lead, motivate, and develop the night shift team to ensure timely deliveries and high service standards.Maintain effective communication with drivers, warehouse staff, and day shift management to ensure continuity.Monitor KPIs, driver performance, and service levels, addressing any issues to optimize efficiency and safety.Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.Troubleshoot operational challenges and implement solutions to improve workflow and minimize delays.Mou | About youProven experience in a similar operations or transport management role, preferably within night shift logistics.Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage and inspire a diverse team.Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Familiarity with transport software and tracking systems.Ability to handle high-pressure situations and make effective decisions swiftly.Able to work Night Shift up to 12 hours.Mo tatou | About usAt Motion Recruitment, we recognise the challenges in finding the right job and strive to make the process seamless.
