Role DescriptionThis is a new role that is part of their succession planning. While offering a leadership role in helping manage the day-to-day operations, it will work with the Managing Director to take a broader role in developing new business opportunities and ensuring smooth project delivery with builders.
Key ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day operations of the joinery company.Develop new business opportunities.Collaborate with builders to ensure smooth project delivery.Engage with a full range of suppliers and customers.Problem solve and find solutions as part of the team.QualificationsWe are looking for experienced individuals who have initially trained as a Joiner but want to develop and take on a broader business management role. Candidates should be:
