Te Puna Oranga o Otaki, a community-focused organization with a tikanga Maori approach based in Otaki, is seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as the Operations Manager.The Operations Manager will lead and optimise operational processes at Te Puna Oranga o Otaki.
The role requires someone to spearhead initiatives to enhance efficiencies, streamline workflows, and ensure the seamless delivery of new and current services.With a focus on quality, compliance, and resource management, the Operations Manager will play a pivotal role in supporting the CEO to drive organisational success and contribute to the overall wellbeing of the Otaki community.Additionally, the Operations Manager will provide direct support to Kaihautu (team leads) and their departments, ensuring excellent working relationships to support the achievement of Key Performance Indicators and meeting the needs of the community.Hours: 35 hours per weekRemuneration: Based on experience and skills.
