The Opportunity
We're excited to welcome an Operations Manager to our team, based in Ashburton. This role reports directly to the CEO and will be critical in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of operations across all our locations. You will be responsible for overseeing logistics, inventory, and operational processes, ensuring the highest level of efficiency and performance within the company.
About the Role
We're looking for a hardworking, self-motivated individual to manage and streamline our operations. As the Operations Manager, you will lead and coordinate day-to-day activities, manage operational resources, and implement continuous improvement initiatives to ensure optimal service delivery. You will work closely with senior management and cross-functional teams to align operational goals with the company's overall objectives.
This role provides the opportunity to influence operational strategies and contribute to the growth of the business by ensuring our processes are as efficient and effective as possible.
What We're Looking For
We're seeking someone who is passionate about operational excellence and has a proven track record in managing complex operational tasks. Ideally, you'll have:
A background in operations management or a similar leadership role
Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
Experience managing logistics, inventory, and supply chain processes
A strategic mindset with the ability to implement operational improvements
Excellent communication skills and experience leading teams
Strong analytical skills with experience in reporting, budgeting, and performance tracking
The ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and handle multiple priorities
