Operations Manager

Secret Spot Hot Tubs is on the hunt for an exceptional Operations Manager to lead the team of 27 staff.
You will need strong leadership skills, yet show compassion, have top people skills, solution focused, organized, computer literate and hands on "Jack of all trades".
Hospo/tourism knowledge, experience and education are valuable, and a Duty Manager License is advantageous.
Duties include: Admin Rosters Staff training Quality control Staff management Basic accounts You are the go-to for the team and must be able to operate an operation which runs day and evenings, 7 days/week, and be able to work weekends.
This position is full-time.
Secret Spot Hot Tubs has been around for 5 years and has made a name for itself as an awesome place for relaxing in the Shinny Dips foot tubs, bar, café, hot tubs and BaseCamp event venue.
