Your rapport with guests is excellent and you have a proven record for exceptional customer service skills.This is a full-time position, minimum 30 hours per week.Key responsibilities:Deliver exceptional customer service ensuring guests' satisfaction and comfortManage the day-to-day operations of the propertyEnsure policies and procedures of the Hotel are adhered toAssist with recruitment and training of staffTo be a role model for the team and lead by exampleMaintain effective communication among the teamTake responsibility for extra management tasks, as required, in the absence of hotel managementBe flexible to work any shifts on weekdays, weekends and public holidays as well as the ability to perform the night audit role in case of emergencyThe ideal candidate will have:Minimum 3 years' experience and success in equivalent job rolesCan-do, positive attitude that consistently delivers exceptional guest engagementPunctual, organised and trustworthyExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalAttention to detail and accuracyAbility to multi-taskImmaculate personal presentation and grooming standardsAbility to work on your own as well as part of a teamFlexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and public holidaysCurrent eligibility to work in New ZealandSound like a good fit?
